Prefect, clean, great staff. This hotell is really worth the money!. Nice rooms, great beds. The pool area is clean and nice, and the acces direct from the room. Nice little breakfast bar at the pool area, parking, close to everything you need! This gives you value for your money!

Clean, there's a snack bar and pool, good shower and bed. The room was sprayed with really strong menthol which made it hard to sleep. I couldn't air it out because of all the mosquitos. Thin walls, you can hear your neighbours.

We stayed here for a night before taking a speedboat to Koh Lipe. Considering the cost, the hotel was excellent and took care of us well (despite us arriving at nearly 1AM). Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay before catching their ferry/speedboat.

I stayed for only a night, for departure to Koh Lipe Island in the next morning. This hotel is only about 5 mins walk to Pak Bara Pier, for speedboat to Koh Lipe. The room & toilet has misty smell and the towels too. The bedsheet is a little rough for my comfort. Other than that, this hotel is worth staying. There are many restaurants that's within 1km walk to the hotel. There are also early prayers at the mosque, starting 5am every morning. Some guests may stay at the swimming pool till late at night, thus the hotel staff needs to keep at look out and ensure that the guests talking and drinking at the pool do not disturb the other guests.

For me the best accommodation in Pak Bara. Clean and nice rooms equipped with everything you need. The bed is soft and comfortable. A very beautiful pool and a corner with free snacks and coffee. So no breakfast is needed. There is a 7/11 next to the hotel. The hotel support you to book activities and boat transfers to the islands. All for a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly.

Awesome tucked away motel style hotel. Would I put budget in the name?? No. It’s very new and modern! The location is convenient if you want to boat to Lipe. I wish they had clothes storage or shelves in the rooms, you need to live out of your suitcase

The room is beautiful, clean, bathroom, toilet room is separated. The bedroom smells very good beautiful swimming pool There is a mini bar outside. There are hot drinks available 24 hours a day. In the morning, there are local desserts to eat with boiled eggs. Like, impressed.

Small cozy hotel. We arrived late in the evening, the staff were very nice. Strongly recommended.
